Subject: RE: Dyskeratosis Congenita and Nutritional Supplements
Message: I know I'm low on numerous aminoacids..and B vits, but still can not help but worry about taking aa suplements..is it perhaps not better to accept different people have a different metabolisme, one size does not fit all? And if supplementing, does one then not cause a risk of upsetting an other balanse of vitamins/ aminoaccids so one just moves on from one deficiency to an other?
